A cool, healthy treat. Filled with fruit, they cannot possibly make you feel guilty! I use them when I'm trying to be healthy (aka dieting-ish) and I put protein powder in them so I can make them a whole meal without feeling like I'm abusing myself. You can experiment endlessly with them. Yogurt, milk, cream, juice or ice cream. Strawberries, bananas, mango or berries. Or all of the above! A good blender is crucial, though, so invest some money and make yourself a healthy meal!
