It is so outrageously delicious. Here at school we have a farmer's market on Mondays and there is an assortment of Amish breads including an amazing zucchini nut bread which I buy every single week. It is always gone by Wednesday. It's so moist and sweet and luscious. I dream about this bread! My only regret is that it's taken this long for me to find out how absolutely lacking my life was before I tasted zucchini bread.
