Brie is delicious: nutty and creamy and smooth with that little bite from the skin (which I do eat). While I do enjoy baked brie (wrapped in filo dough and usually with apples and some sort of cinnamon filling), I prefer brie to just stand as it does normally. With crackers, apples or bread or in a sandwich, I love brie in almost every way it can be eaten!
