Editing papers gives me so much satisfaction. I'm a grammar and spelling Nazi so I like making papers (mine or otherwise) correct. I like the precise and meticulous attention to detail and knowing that everything is "just so." I like the idea of making a product better, the best it can be. And since words are sort of my thing (occasionally design is as well), I like seeing them in the best place possible. I realize this is probably an obsessive tendency but it's at least a useful one!
